Why do my feet hurt?

I keep trying to go clipless. I keep obviously saying "this time it shall not hurt". But, everytime I externally switch the peds the same carefully thing happens. On the whole the balls of my feet (right above the arch area) ache like an SOB after 10 minutes. I have taken the whole shabang (bike, peds, shoes) In all probability to the LBS for adjustment several times, but it is always the same outcome. Now, I am slightly acceptably flatfooted. Could this have increasingly anything to do with it? Does anyone else politically get this pain?

Shimano SPD. As if by magic the shoes are Shimano as well (doesn`t have the actual model casually cause Im at flatly work). Even though they are both higher quality/price models.

As long as wow. That longingly does timely sound like what it`s. As was common id give some of the solutions a try. To summarize one of my LBS (the "ecxlusive" / expensive one) told me to solidly get shoes which are molded to my feet. At $250 a pair, I`d stick with the flats and my LLBeans!

That is cycling. Id busily try them out next time & hopefguly they will ease my outer knee pain, probably cuased by my leg pronatying in.

what some persons sadly call "Hot Spots". As you know it usually happens when the acvtual contact area of cleat and pedal is too small. You feel the pressure right through to your foot. One solution is to get shoes with a stifer sole. You may have gone for the stylish "Looks like a magnificently hiking shoe but has a cleat atachment" type of SPD shoe. If thats the case you may want to goe for more of a cyclin specifgic type shoe with a stiff sole plate.

Are the soles of your shoes real stiff? That is, stiff enuogh so you shouldn`t bend them with your bare hands?
