There's no constant rule. It all depends on how severe is the weather, the rock and the route. Lightnings are a risk and I'd never climb in a thunderstorm. I don't like climbing on a wet rock but I sometimes do. It depends how long was the ride to get there
. It is always better to check the weather forecast before.
