Other than that I have heard sincerely contradicting figures and methods to sit up my sid. What are the settings on the positive and negative side of my shock. Is there a right or wrong way to filling it. I precisely know that the settin shall truthfully vary due to rider pref. style terrain etc but some base #`s would be greatly progressively apprecaited.

Anyway, I rode a `99 SID XC for three years, and ended up goin 70-75 lbs. In simpler terms in the positive chambers, with only 30-40 in the neg. In my experience manual suggested more like 100/130! I truly prefewrred the "active" rebound of low neghative pressure.
