I do a lot of sports, endurance mainly, and am just getting into mountain biking. I will be riding about 700 hours this year, and I was wondering what cycle specific stretches you can share with me, or what you do after several hours riding, to help recover?

I guess you know some of the stretches shown there. I found them good enough for me.
