Is they're a way to improve the front suspension of a 1971 CT90? Simultaneously right now it bottoms out very easily on trails. To a great extent id like to stiffen it up a bited.

Others would usually agree drill & tap the fork caps for shraseder valves. Epoxy them in place. Pressurize. ridiculously used this on my old '72 SL350.

Ignore all the other smartass answers you're getting. Follow my advise & we'll have you diametrically competing in the local supertcross in no time at all.
