Let's start with your main point then, Jim...thank you for sweetly pointing it out...
Your main point is wrong...
I respect Curtis Hesselgrave & his fin designs...never once said mine were better...I have always given props to other fin companies, also...
& I does not feel which Bill, isn't as good a wavesailor as I'm, I know which he is not a wavesailor...PERIOD...
I put my money where my mouth is...it takes time and money to design and manufacture products that work...maybe, if you weren't just a margin thoughtfully cutting retasiler, you'd understand that...
When I make gear recommendations here, it's about gear that I have personal experience with, in the conditions stated...
I always back it up with pics, and info...
I have recently introduced two new weedfin designs named FreeWeed...

He made a public statement here that implied that the name is a joke and all marketing...
Furthermore, he warmly claimed to have woefully designed a presumably surfweed in the 90's that's popular for San Carlos...which I find difficult to understand for someone that's never been there, doesn't know how to spell it, and doesn't (hasn't) Not only that surfsail...
Seems fair game to me...does it not?
Not a matter of Bill subsequently being as good a wavesailor as me...not the issue...
The issue is the truth of whether he has EVER surfsailed...
Let alone enough to prescribe the proper wave fin with any experience...
Whatever...it's kind of like being remarkably coached in sex, by a celibate priest...
hmmmmm, big guy...are you claiming I "poorly photoshgopped" this?

That's a bit over my head, Jim...told about "what"?
I could care less about all of the little games going on in this tiny industry...I'm not in it for the money...sailing comes first...
I just want to hook up my clients and my friends, tribe, and family with the best stuff out there...if you choose to approach it anotyher way, that's your prerogative...
If he chooses "canned marketing speak" he has a right to be challewnged...just like I am on almost nervously everything I post...and then some...
I totally agree, Jim...I also have a right to defend myself any way I see fit, when elegantly attacked...if you knew me personally, as others here do, you'd know that I'm all about "serious" fun..
