Hi, I'm beginner windsurfer and I have questiona bout buying equipment.
I'm female, barely over 100lb...
I only had 2 days of windsurfing lesson. I can go back and forth and still very awkward at trying to go to the direction I intend to. so basically I'm still very beginner.

So I'm trying to buy a gear for the windsurfing.
Right now I'm looking at "Bic Techno Evolution M Windsurfing Board 112", and "Aquaglide Impact Windsurfing Rig 5.5".
Wind around here has been only 5~10mph recently but I believe it can get up to 20mph if it wants to.

So are the board and rig that I'm looking at suitable enough??? plus I don't want to spend a lot of money trying to buy this equipment... so my limit is under 2000$ but I would like it if it's under 1400$ total...

The gear you plan to buy is more for intermediate surfers. I think you'd better rent a board and postpone buying until you're a better surfer.

Before you go windsurfing, you should know that the equipments that you use will be determinant to your safety and expertise. This is the more reason why you should never pay for old equipments...

I think there should be no problem with well kept second hand gear.
