Hello, I bought this board many moons ago. I just pulled it out of storage and was wondering how old it is? Burton Air.

Im thinking a 1988 proto type air or a 1989 Air with a different graphic. Is it a 162cm??

Hello!

Thanks for that link. Yeah, its the same type of board, just different front graphics.... and in MUCH better shape... I actually used the sheiite out of mine, enjoyed it very much ( even blew the rail out on one side near the rear binding landing on some rocks. Mine is approx. 63 inches (160cm). It was the biggest widest board i could find at the time. I rented it from a shop in Mammoth Mtn for two days ,then offered 80 bucks to the guy to buy it!

My second board that i purchased is here attached (photo). It was a BIG upgrade from the Burton tank! It's a great carving board for a big guy like myself (6'4" )

I saw a link for Burton's website on another site somewhere where it had a web/photo history of all the Burton boards through the years, but now the link is dead. Do you guys have a newer link ?
